On November 10th, the CEA representatives and All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC) delegation to Finland held a seminar at the Economic & Commercial Counsellor’s Office of the Chinese Embassy in Finland. ACFIC is a mass organization and chamber of commerce led by the Communist Party of China, assisting the government in managing China's private economy and acting as a bridge between the private sector and the government.
During the event, CEA member companies introduced Finnish business environment for Chinese companies including government support, employee incentives, the role of the unions, corporate culture, etc. Economic & Commercial Counsellor’s Office introduced the development of Sino-Finnish import/export trade in recent years and the positive attitude of Finland towards investment from China. ACFIC provided recommendations for the future development of CEA, expressed its hope of CEA strengthening cooperation with local organizations and wished success.
