2022 Chinese Enterprises Association (CEA) in Finland Pikkujoulu party was held in Helsinki on November 18, 2022. This is the first time after COVID, our association held such a grand gathering in Finland. Guest speakers were:

Pikkujoulu (Finnish for "little Christmas") is a Finnish traditional party held to anticipate Christmas. The Pikkujoulu party is non-formal, highly festive, and themed after Christmas. Pikkujoulu parties are held by various communities, organisations, companies, or just among friends.
In Counsellor Sun Liwei’s speech, he highly praised CEA’s contributions in promoting economic and trade exchanges between China and Finland. He also expressed his thanks to Finnish government for maintaining a fair, transparent and non-discriminatory foreign investment policy. Hope China and Finland would further strengthen bilateral economic and trade relations.
Mr. Risto Vuohelainen, COO of Business Finland, said “China and Finland have a long history of friendship. And China-Finland trade continues to grow steadily under the current complex international situation. We hope that Chinese and Finnish enterprises will create more wealth and value together” in his speech.
“China and Finland have close bilateral trade ties and should strengthen cooperation and exchanges in various fields” said by Mr. Teemu Laakonen, Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland, in his address.
Mr. Yu Yibin, Chairman of CEA in Finland, made the final speech. He said” since its establishment in 2018, the CEA in Finland has maintained close contact with Finnish government and Finnish enterprises to create a favorable business environment for Chinese enterprises to invest and start businesses in Finland. The Association plays a role as a bridge, promotes and deepens the understanding and cooperation between Chinese and Finnish enterprises, and makes continuous contributions to the economic and trade exchanges between China and Finland.
The dinner was held in a friendly and joyful atmosphere.
